Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Healthcare Profit Accelerator (HPA) services. Where you have entered into a signed Service Agreement with us, that agreement and its Cover Schedule set out the binding commercial terms; this policy summarises them and does not override them.

2. Fees and billing

• All fees are quoted and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are set out in your Service Agreement and Cover Schedule.
• Setup fees are one-time and are payable in full before services commence.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and are payable regardless of performance.
• Advertising spend is separate and is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms.

3. Instalment plans

• Where available, eligible plans may be paid in 0% interest instalments through approved bank or payment-partner programmes, subject to their approval.
• An instalment arrangement is a financing facility provided by the relevant bank or payment provider. Each instalment is collected against services as they are delivered over your engagement.
• Entering an instalment plan does not change the refund terms below: the underlying service fees remain non-refundable.
• You remain responsible for completing all scheduled instalments for the agreed engagement, in line with the terms of your Service Agreement and the payment provider.

4. Refunds

• Setup fees, monthly fees, and prepaid fees are non-refundable.
• We do not provide refunds for services already delivered, or for the remaining term of an active engagement.
• Where a duplicate, incorrect, or erroneous charge is identified and verified, it will be refunded to the original method of payment within 14 business days of verification.

5. Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice, in accordance with the Service Agreement.
• On termination, no refunds are issued, access to HPA systems and materials may be revoked, and you must cease use of all HPA materials.
• Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations, including remaining instalments due under your engagement.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund

To cancel your engagement or to query a charge, contact Healthcare Profit Accelerator in writing at info@hpa.group. Please include your business name and the relevant invoice or payment reference so we can verify and respond promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the effective date noted above.
